We provide you with a normal rate (01) telephone number for your Company or alternatively you can divert calls to us from your normal business telephone number.
When your customer needs to contact your company they simply ring your number - your call is answered in your company name by one of our customer service co-ordinators, who is prompted by a computer script agreed with you, to obtain all the relevant information from your caller.
Your customer is advised the call will be passed to the relevant person within your organisation.
If the call is deemed to be an Emergency we will then contact the appropriate member of your support team using your rota and instructions . Sales and other non-urgent calls can be forwarded to you for response next day.
Should we have problems contacting your front line staff then we can escalate the call to the next person on your rota until we have contacted a member of your staff.
Our system on completion of the call will send a detailed report of the call details and actions taken to contact your staff together with the times.
